Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of merchandise are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only a partial refund will be allowed:
Books that show obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts through no fault of ours.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply the refund amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for a refund to be credited.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email support@imagicinto.com. Explain the Situation
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. We will mail you a gift certificate upon receipt of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will find your return.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact support@imagicinto.com for an address.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
